About Me

I help teams think sharper, work better and laugh more. Side note, I’m happy to bring coffee and curiosity to the table.

I’m a generalist by choice, a veteran by experience, and a human by design.


I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years: soldier, team leader, coach, builder, fixer. I like it that way. These days I blend experience and common sense with modern tools (my AI intern works overtime) to make systems more efficient and people more effective.

I focus on operational clarity. That means helping teams see where time, trust, and talent get lost, then building simple processes that get results without the red tape. Whether I’m improving a sales flow, refining customer onboarding, or training a team, I care about one thing: making the work work better.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me with my pups, a strong cup of coffee, and at least one new idea or thought just rattling around in my head.

What I Do

I help organizations connect strategy to execution through leadership, training, and systems that scale. I’ve led retail operations, designed training programs, and worked with SaaS providers to explore how technology can better serve both front-line users and business goals.

My current work focuses on three areas:
– Training and Enablement: Designing programs that actually change how teams perform.
– Customer Success and Process Design: Helping businesses turn complexity into clarity.
– Practical AI Integration: Using automation to support human work, not replace it.

At my core, I like solving real problems, building trust, and helping people move forward. Whether it’s in a classroom, on a range, or inside a growing business, I focus on clarity, consistency, and measurable progress.
